"Just a note to let you know that your agent, Jose, showed that he wants to do the right thing AND serve his clients....

When I put the wrong address on my sign order and he could not find it on his map system, he phoned me and arranged for me to meet him and direct him to the home noted above. We did not realize my error in the address until we got to the property. However, this is a property located off the road and a lane that serves 4-5 homes. He worked with me to place the three signs I suggested we might need in the order, placed them where requested and was on his way in less than 30 minutes.

If every employee cared about doing the right thing and serving his client as Jose, our work world would a much better place. I believe you have a real keeper in Jose and if he were a Realtor, he would win the Service Award, even if he did not have heavy production numbers.
